How can I find rates?
The rates can be found on the payment page right after the QR code scan. Please ensure the charging cable is plugged in. The rates are also displayed on the receipt.
Why is my charging speed slower than advertised?
Charging speed is determined by both charging stations and EVs. Please double-check if you have a charging speed limit configured on your EV, and consult your EV's owner's manual for the maximum accepted AC/DC charging speed.
Why does the charging require a credit card pre-authorization?
A credit card pre-authorization is required to ensure you have sufficient balance to cover the total charge, which will only be calculated at the end of the charging session. Any residual amount will be canceled or refunded.
Where can I find the receipt?
If you enter(ed) your email address after the payment page, you'll get the receipt in your email. If not, please reach out to PortFi Customer Services to retrieve your receipt.
